Warranties and returns

Guarantees

All products have an official warranty provided by the manufacturer. The term for each product is indicated on its page and ranges from 3 to 24 months.

Upon receipt of the order, please check the completeness and make sure there are no defects. Receipt of the goods constitutes acceptance of the warranty terms:

  • Defects which have arisen due to the fault of the manufacturer will be eliminated by the authorized service center;
  • The warranty is void in case of inproper use or negligent handling;
  • The basis for a warranty is a document issued at the moment of purchase and certified by the store manager's signature.

Returns and Exchanges

Return of defective goods is possible throughout the warranty period.

You may also cancel your order and return the goods (by paying the cost of return shipping) within 14 calendar days from the date of payment. This procedure will not cause any complications if:

  • the goods were not in use and keep marketable condition (no usage traces, not damaged, not dirty, no abrasions, etc.);
  • product is fully staffed and the integrity of packaging is not compromised;
  • you have the documents confirming the fact of purchase.

After return of the good quality goods, and in case it is not possible to eliminate the defects caused by the fault of the manufacturer within 14 days, you are entitled to:

  • obtain the appropriate goods of proper quality;
  • purchase another product from the available assortment with appropriate adjustments for mutual settlements.

Also, if the authorized service center identifies significant deficiencies that make it impossible to repair or use for its intended purpose, you are entitled to demand a return of the value of the goods in accordance with the price specified in the document confirming the purchase, within the terms established by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights".


Please note!

Before sending your return, please inform online-store's manager by phone your order number and reference no. of the returned product. This lets us get the goods back promptly, and send you a replacement or refund its value soonest possible.

The warranty does not apply to software, processing parts and enclosures, software (software), cable connections and other parts that have a limited term of use (services).

The manufacturer and seller shall not be liable to warranty or indemnify any damage caused directly or indirectly to people, pets, property, if this is due to non-compliance with the requirements of the current legislation, rules and conditions of use of the product and its parts, and mounts, intentional or careless actions (inaction) of the consumer or third parties, actions of force majeure circumstances.

The store does not apply warranty and does not provide free product support in following cases:

  • If a product intended for personal (household, family) needs was used for business purposes, or for other purposes that do not correspond to its intended purpose.
  • In case of violations of the rules and conditions of use, the assembly of the product described in the operating instructions.
  • If the product has traces of unskilled repair attempts.
  • If the defect is caused by a change in design, product schematic or operation when the components are outdated or damaged, not provided by the manufacturer.
  • If the defect is caused by force majeure, accidents, intentional or negligent actions (inactivity) of the consumer or third parties.
  • If damage occurs due to the entry of foreign objects, substances, liquids, insects or mechanical damage into the product.
  • If the software (software) was modified, either the original third-party software was not used or the outdated software was used.

The warranty and free-of-charge service does not apply to the following product defects:

  • Mechanical damage that occurs after the goods are passed on to the consumer.
  • Damage caused by non-compliance with the standards of power supply networks, telecommunication networks, and also due to the use of the device in an environment with electromagnetic and cordless interference or other similar external factors.
  • Damage caused by the use of non-standard and (or) poor-quality consumables, devices, spare parts, batteries, carriers, etc.
